1. Acceptance of Terms

 By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions regularly for any changes.

2. Privacy Policy

 Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site and services, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You can review our Privacy Policy by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” tab.

3. Website Modification & Access Termination

EazzyReShip reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify EazzyReShip.com at any time without prior notice. Additionally, EazzyReShip retains the discretion to block, terminate, or suspend access to the website for any user, at any time and for any reason, regardless of whether access is still permitted for other users.

4. Authorization for Transportation & Delivery

By registering for an account with EazzyReShip and utilizing our services, you authorize EazzyReShip to act on your behalf for the transportation and delivery of your freight / packages. This authorization includes the right to handle, inspect, process, manage your packages in accordance with our procedures and where applicable.

5. Suite Assignment Number

To ensure efficient and timely processing of packages and to avoid delays, each account created on our website will be assigned two suite numbers: one for air shipments and the other for ocean shipments. Please keep this in mind.

6. Fees & Charges for Shipping Services

Fees for our services are specified on our website and may vary based on package weight, size, destination, and the selected shipping method. Packages may also be subject to additional fees for inspection and consolidation. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time without prior notice.

For Air Freight, shipping fees are determined by the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, with the shipping weight rounded up to the nearest pound. For instance, a package weighing 1.2 pounds will be billed at the 2-pound rate. Dimensional weight is calculated using the following formula: length x width x height, in inches / 139.

For Ocean Freight, shipping fees are based on the actual volume of the package, regardless of its weight, and are calculated and measured in pounds.

Storage fees will be applied to all packages that are not collected within seven (7) business days.

Customers agree to pay the shipping charges prior receiving the shipment.

Additional charges may apply for services such as packaging materials, special handling, or insurance.

Inspection and consolidation of packages are available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Delivery Time Frame

EazzyReShip endeavors to deliver shipments within the agreed time frame.

While every effort is made to meet delivery schedules, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and EazzyReShip shall not be held liable for any resulting damage or losses.

All packages will be shipped in accordance with the customer’s specified preferences.

8. Doorstep Deliveries

Doorstep deliveries can be arranged by coordinating with the local office in destination city.

9. Proof of Delivery & Notification

Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking number through inland carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and others.

Please note that for USPS packages, when tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, it signifies delivery to the local post office rather than to the final recipient’s address. Therefore, EazzyReShip will not accept claims for package delivery in such instances. If a package shows that it has been delivered by USPS, we recommend waiting at least eight (8) to ten (10) days before filing a claim.

Upon arrival at our U.S. warehouse, packages are processed within two (2) to three (3) hours and assigned to the recipient’s account. At this stage, an internal tracking number, referred to as a warehouse number, is generated. From this point forward, the package is tracked using the internal tracking number.

Once your package is received at our U.S. warehouse and assigned to your account, you will be notified via email. The notification will include pictures of the package, along with the vendor’s tracking number and our internal tracking number.

We will only accept claims for packages that have been delivered to our U.S. warehouse, provided that proof of delivery is submitted. This proof may include either a signature from authorized personnel at our U.S. warehouse or a picture clearly showing the package has been delivered to our facility.

10. Package Abandonment and Unidentified Packages Policy

Packages that are not collected within forty-five (45) days of their arrival at the destination city will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. Additionally, any packages received at our Miami warehouse that does not have a name or account / suite number will be classified as “Unknown Packages” and displayed in real-time on our website. To claim these packages, individuals must provide a proper invoice and shipping details.

11. Insurance Liability

EazzyReShip take every precaution in handling shipments but is not liable for damages or losses beyond its control, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or acts of nature.

All packages received at our U.S. warehouse are automatically insured, free of charge, for a value of up to $50.00.

Customers have the option to purchase insurance for valuable shipments to mitigate risk. Request to purchase additional insurance, covering the actual value of the package, must be made at least 24 hours in advance or immediately after the package arrives at our US warehouse, or at least 1 day before it is shipped from our Miami warehouse. Once a package has been shipped, it is no longer possible to purchase additional insurance. To request for additional insurance, customers can contact us via email, providing the vendor’s tracking number, our internal tracking number, and a valid invoice for the item.

Additional insurance can be purchased at a rate of 1.25% of the package’s invoice value. For instance, insuring a package valued at $100.00 will cost $1.25.

Customers also have the option to add additional insurance for all packages received under their account. This can be done by selecting “include insurance” under the account setting or by sending an email request. In such cases, customers must provide proper invoices for all packages if the vendor does not provide them.

In the event of any loss, theft, or damage to packages after they have been received in our U.S. warehouse, EazzyReShip will be liable for up to $50.00, which is automatically insured. Any claims exceeding this amount will not be accepted. 

If insured goods are damaged or lost, our liability is limited to the product’s retail price or actual invoice value provided during the time of purchasing insurance.

We reserve the right to retain the damaged items / goods, and we may deny the claim if damaged items are not returned.

12. Force Majeure & Liabilities Not Assumed

EazzyReShip will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government regulations

Our responsibility begins only when packages are received at our US Warehouse. We are not liable for any acts or omissions, including incorrect declarations, improper packaging, or errors by the consignor or consignee.

If an inland carrier reports that a package has been delivered to our U.S. warehouse but we have no record of it, we will accept liability only if a photograph is available showing the package being received by our staff.

Claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging will be denied. 

13. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the customer has made a payment and services were not rendered, the package was lost, or if there was a billing error. Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Requests for refunds must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the invoice.

14. Import / Export Regulation

The customer acknowledges that their shipment is acceptable for transportation, but will be considered unacceptable if:

  • It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transportation Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization.
  • No customs declaration will be made when required by applicable customs regulations; or
  • EazzyReShip reserves the right to refuse transportation of items deemed unsafe or illegal, including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms and their components, ammunition, human remains, pornography, illegal narcotics and drugs, as well as perishable items.
  • Any packages containing electronic items with installed batteries are classified as hazardous cargo and cannot be shipped via Air Freight. Such cargo will be shipped by Ocean Freight, and the carrier may impose a hazmat fee, which the customer must pay before collecting the packages.
  • EazzyReShip reserves the right to refuse any package dropped off by individual without proper documents such as a copy of the packing list, invoice and a valid ID of the individual dropping off the package.
  • The customer is solely responsible for providing an invoice that details the description of contents and declares the correct value of each package for excise, duty, and tax payments. The customer must also declare customs duties in their home country and cover all shipping charges, even if assessed later by the carrier. These duties and charges are in addition to the fees charged by EazzyReShip.com for its services. EazzyReship.com does not guarantee delivery of packages that do not comply with the import regulations of the destination country or U.S. export regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the regulations applicable to their shipments, and they are solely liable for any penalties imposed by customs authorities. For any package or consolidated package with a total declared value of USD $2,500.00 or more, a Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) is required, which we will file on the customer’s behalf for a fee of USD $35.00.
  • EazzyReShip reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment without prior notice to the customer.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States Of America. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Florida.
